1) Using TGonix

• You agree to use TGonix lawfully and not abuse or attempt to disrupt our systems.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us.

2) Demos & evaluations

• Demo environments are for evaluation and may change or be limited.
• Don’t upload sensitive/confidential data to demos unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3) AI outputs

• AI can be wrong. You must review outputs before acting on them, especially for legal/medical/financial decisions.
• You are responsible for decisions made using outputs produced by workflows you request.

4) Prohibited use

• No hacking, scraping, abuse, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass limits/security.
• No illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-violating activity.
• No sending malware, spam, or automated attacks.

5) Third-party services

• TGonix may integrate with third-party tools (CRMs, helpdesks, messaging platforms). Those providers have their own terms.
• We’re not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

6) Intellectual property

• The website and TGonix brand/assets are owned by TGonix (or licensors).
• Your data and materials remain yours. You grant us permission to process them to provide the service.

7) Availability & changes

• We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the website or service.
• We aim for reliability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

8) Limitation of liability

• TGonix is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• If liability exists, it is limited to amounts paid to TGonix (if any) in a reasonable period.

9) Termination

• We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk/harm.
• You may stop using the site at any time.
